Together, we build a more inclusive future for everyone.
Behaviour presentations are an expression of need; and perceived negative behaviours are an expression of unmet needs. This is true of all ages and neurotypes.
We work together to establish what those needs are and how they can be met. By facilitating strategies in a manageable way, we improve the quality of life for all involved.
Diagnosis, Patient's Right to Choose, Education Health Care Plans (EHCP), Disabled Living Allowance (DLA), Disabled Student's Allowance (DSA), Personal Independence Payments (PIP), Inclusion at work, protected characteristics, Access to Work, and so the list goes on.
The bureaucracy involved in being neurologically different to the majority of people, can feel endless! We are here to hold you hand through it and support you in advocating for yourself and loved-ones.
Autism, ASD, ADHD, ADD, Asperger's (no longer diagnosed), dyslexia, dyscalculia, neurodivergent, neurodiverse, neurominority, cooccurring conditions, comorbid conditions. What do all these terms mean?
Whether you are parent or carer, newly diagnosed, or a community group, we can support you to understand different neuro-classifications.
We provide psychoeducation for individuals and group workshops. We cover both medicalised and community based perspectives, so you might understand some of the nuances you may meet.
For a number of neurominorities, environment plays a huge role in wellbeing. With sensory perceptions operating in an alternative way to the majority of other people, experience and awareness of surroundings is also different.
We work alongside individuals to assess and evaluate their environment. We construct plans for alterations to improve the surroundings for individual's wellbeing.
